Stupid Bar

On March 3, a stack of cold cuts and a podium with a microphone walk into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The cold cuts layer up, “It’s National Cold Cuts Day — we’re here to make the best sandwich in the room!”
The podium booms, “And it’s National Speech & Debate Education Day — I’m here to argue that this bar is clearly the best bar… and I have sources.”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too sliced or rebutted — this bar’s already a well-argued deli!”

On March 2, a slice of banana cream pie and a soggy paperback float into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The banana cream pie oozes, “It’s National Banana Cream Pie Day — I’m here to top the night with whipped cream!”
The soggy paperback drips, “And it’s National Read in the Bathtub Day — I’m here because someone dropped me… again.”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too creamy or waterlogged — this bar’s already a slippery, sweet read!”

On February 27, a bowl of fresh strawberries and a very large polar bear lumber into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The strawberries glisten, “It’s National Strawberry Day — we’re here to make everything a little sweeter and redder!”
The polar bear growls softly, “And it’s National Polar Bear Day — I’m here to remind everyone the ice is melting… but I still want a strawberry daiquiri.”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too juicy or start breaking the furniture — this bar’s already a sweet, chilly mix!”

On February 26, a bowl of pistachios and a fairy-tale book crack open at a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The pistachios snap, “It’s National Pistachio Day — we’re here to shell out the good stuff!”
The fairy-tale book flips dramatically, “And it’s National Tell a Fairy Tale Day — once upon a time there was a bar… and then the pistachios lived happily ever after.”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too nutty or start with ‘happily ever after’ too soon — this bar’s still in the middle of the story!”

The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The clam chowder bubbles, “It’s National Clam Chowder Day — I’m here to cream the competition!”
The toast crunches, “And it’s National Toast Day — I’m here to get buttered and toasted!”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too soupy or burned — this bar’s already a warm, crispy chowder hug!”

On February 24, a bowl of tortilla chips and a steaming pot of chili scoop into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The tortilla chips crunch, “It’s National Tortilla Chip Day — I’m here to dip into the action!”
The chili bubbles, “And it’s National Chili Day — I’m here to spice things up and warm your soul!”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too crumbly or scalding — this bar’s already a hot, crunchy combo!”

On February 23, a loaf of banana bread and a curling stone slide into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The banana bread squishes, “It’s National Banana Bread Day — I’m here to bring the mushy sweetness!”
The curling stone glides, “And it’s National Curling Day — I’m here to sweep the floor… and maybe knock your drink over.”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too mushy or knock anything over — this bar’s already sliding into a good time!”

On February 20, a slice of cherry pie and a very fluffy dog trot into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The cherry pie oozes, “It’s National Cherry Pie Day — I’m here to fill the place with red, tart love!”
The dog wags furiously, “And it’s National Love Your Pet Day — I’m here to get belly rubs and maybe steal that pie!”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too juicy or paw-y — this bar’s already full of unconditional sweetness!”

On February 19, a chocolate mint patty and a set of false eyelashes flutter into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The chocolate mint patty snaps, “It’s National Chocolate Mint Day—I’m here to cool down the chocolate vibes!”
The false eyelashes bat dramatically, “And it’s National Lash Day—I’m here to make everyone look twice!”
The bartender grins, “Well, don’t get too minty or fluttery—this bar’s already batting a thousand!”

On February 18, a forehead with a black cross and a fish stick walk into a bar.
The bartender says, “What brings you two here?”
The forehead sighs, “It’s Ash Wednesday — I’m here to repent… and maybe get a light beer.”
The fish stick flips, “And I’m the only meat allowed tonight — no burgers for 40 days!”
